Jim, a former newspaper editor and real
estate investor from New Jersey, "retired" to Ruskin in 2000 and joined
Paul B. Dickman, Inc. in 2001. He has lived in waterfront homes for
a quarter century and has owned his home on the Little Manatee River for 20 years.
